1. SMILE Series (Femtosecond Small Incision Lenticule Extraction)
Overview
SMILE stands for Small Incision Lenticule Extraction, widely known as the "smile laser surgery". It is an all-femtosecond laser corneal refractive procedure with no corneal flap, recognized for minimal trauma and superior corneal integrity. At Aier Yingzhi, we provide two mature SMILE solutions: SMILE Pro (new generation premium) and classic SMILE 3.0.
How It Works
A femtosecond laser precisely sculpts a tiny refractive lenticule inside the corneal stroma. A micro 2–4mm curved incision is created to extract the lenticule, reshaping corneal curvature to correct myopia and astigmatism. No excimer laser or corneal flap is required throughout the process.
SMILE Pro (Premium Version)
Equipped with Zeiss VisuMax 800 ultra-high-speed laser platform for faster scanning and sub-micron positioning accuracy
Ultra-small 2–4mm arc incision, fully preserving corneal biomechanical stability
Significantly reduced post-op dry eye symptoms and stronger impact resistance
Correction range: Myopia 50–1000 degrees, Astigmatism ≤500 degrees
Ideal candidates: Athletes, military staff, outdoor workers, frequent travellers and anyone prone to dry eyes
Classic SMILE 3.0
Mature, proven standard SMILE technology with stable clinical outcomes
Fast visual recovery; most patients resume work and study the next day

2. Customized FS-LASIK Series
Overview
FS-LASIK combines femtosecond laser flap creation + excimer laser customized ablation. Unlike standard one-size-fits-all laser treatment, our personalized LASIK platforms deliver eye-specific correction to optimize night vision, reduce eye strain and eliminate glare. Four tailored options are available at Aier Yingzhi.
Core Mechanism
A femtosecond laser creates a thin, precise corneal flap. The flap is lifted, and an excimer laser performs customized stromal ablation based on individual eye data. The flap is repositioned naturally after treatment. Correction range: Myopia 50–1200 degrees, Astigmatism ≤600 degrees.
1. Refined C+ (Corneal Topography Guided LASIK)
Custom ablation mapped to each patient’s unique corneal topography, smoothing irregular corneal surface.
Greatly reduces nighttime glare, halos and starburst vision
Best for high astigmatism and frequent night drivers
2. Refined Q+ (Q-Value Optimized LASIK)
Preserves the eye’s natural aspheric Q-value to avoid over-flattening the cornea.
Minimizes digital eye fatigue from long screen hours
Recommended for office workers and students with heavy near vision load
3. All-Trace LASIK (Eye-Tracking Dynamic Ablation)
Real-time light trajectory tracking follows subtle eye movement during surgery.
Eliminates blurred vision and double images post-op
Delivers ultra-fine, high-definition visual quality
4. Standard FS-LASIK
Budget-friendly basic LASIK for patients with regular corneas and low astigmatism, meeting routine myopia correction demands.
Key Advantages
Widest correction scope among corneal laser surgeries
Fully customizable to resolve unique visual defects
Fast visual recovery within hours post-operation
Versatile for high astigmatism and complex corneal profiles
Suitable Candidates
Patients with myopia up to 1200°, high astigmatism, night driving demands, or long daily screen exposure.
Quick Matching Guide
Refined C+ / All-Trace LASIK: Patients with high astigmatism, night drivers, long-hour office workers, myopia within 1200 degrees
3. Surface Laser Surgery (Smart TransPRK / LASEK)
Overview
Smart TransPRK (also called Smart Full Laser) and LASEK are flap-free, no-contact surface refractive treatments, designed for patients with thin corneas or those who refuse corneal flap procedures.
How It Works
Smart TransPRK uses excimer laser to ablate corneal epithelium and refractive stroma in one fully automated step, with no mechanical tools touching the eye. LASEK creates a thin epithelial flap via gentle ethanol treatment for stromal reshaping. No corneal flap is generated in either technique. Correction range: Myopia 100–800 degrees, Astigmatism ≤600 degrees.
Core Benefits
Zero flap risk: No complications related to corneal flap displacement or creases
Fully intact corneal biomechanical structure, high impact resistance
Ideal for military recruits, competitive athletes and thin-cornea patients
Simplified surgical workflow with minimal intraoperative steps
Recovery Notes
Mild photophobia, foreign-body sensation and blurred vision are normal within 3–5 days as corneal epithelium regenerates. Full stable vision is achieved in approximately 3 months with consistent medicated eye drops. A protective contact lens will be fitted temporarily to accelerate healing.
Suitable Candidates
Patients with relatively thin corneas, sports/military professionals, or anyone concerned about corneal flap risks.
Quick Matching Guide
Smart TransPRK: Patients with thin corneas, outdoor practitioners, those who reject corneal flap surgery
4. Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) Surgery
Overview
ICL is a reversible "add-on" refractive surgery that requires zero corneal tissue removal. A thin biocompatible Collamer lens is implanted inside the eye to correct high myopia and astigmatism, the gold standard for thin-cornea or high-myopia patients. Aier Yingzhi is an official certified ICL Excellence Center.
Principle
Instead of cutting the cornea, a micro incision is made to insert an ultra-thin Collamer lens between the iris and natural crystalline lens. The lens acts like an internal contact lens and can be safely removed or replaced later if needed.
Treatment Options
EVO ICL V4c / V5 (For Myopia Only): Corrects myopia 50–1800 degrees with built-in UV blocking function. Central hole design ensures natural aqueous circulation, eliminating pre-op iridotomy.
EVO TICL V4c / V5 (Myopia + Astigmatism Combined): Single lens simultaneously corrects myopia and up to 600 degrees of astigmatism.
Femtosecond-Assisted OCT-Guided ICL (Exclusive at Aier Yingzhi): Intraoperative OCT real-time imaging + femtosecond micro-incision for ultra-precise lens positioning, reducing surgical errors and boosting long-term comfort.
Major Advantages
Reversible procedure; lens can be extracted anytime
No corneal ablation, preserves natural eye anatomy
Ultra-wide correction range for super high myopia
Built-in UV protection, low dry eye risk
Fast visual recovery with stable long-term outcomes
Suitable Candidates
Myopia over 600 degrees, thin corneas unfit for laser surgery, patients wanting reversible vision correction, and those prone to severe dry eyes after laser ablation.
Quick Matching Guide
ICL / TICL Implantation: High myopia over 600 degrees, patients with too thin corneas for laser surgery, those pursuing reversible vision correction
5. Presbyopia Laser Correction Surgery
Overview
Tailored for patients aged 40 and above with concurrent myopia and presbyopia (age-related near vision loss). Our proprietary full-eyeball data-driven laser design optimizes binocular depth of field, eliminating the need to switch between distance glasses and reading glasses.
Surgical Logic (Monovision Depth-of-Field Design)
Dominant eye: Fully corrected for sharp far-distance vision
Non-dominant eye: Slight controlled myopia reserved for clear near vision (phones, books, screens)
The human brain naturally fuses dual focal points to deliver crisp vision at far, middle and near ranges. Custom laser sculpting also reduces postoperative glare and layered vision distortion common in standard presbyopia treatments.
Core Advantages
One surgery resolves both myopia and presbyopia
Eliminates reliance on separate reading and distance spectacles
Customized full-eye algorithm reduces night visual disturbances
Compatible with SMILE and personalized FS-LASIK laser platforms
Suitable Candidates
Adults aged 40–60 with myopia plus presbyopia, who wish to stop switching multiple pairs of glasses for daily work, reading and driving.
Quick Matching Guide
Presbyopia Laser Correction: People over 40 with both myopia and presbyopia, unwilling to wear two pairs of glasses separately
